Welcome to Valmorae ("we", "our", "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of our website valmorae.top and the purchase of our services, informational products, and merchandise.

1. Services

Our sanatorium services for pensioner wellness and rehabilitation are designed to provide therapeutic treatments, medical supervision, and accommodation at our facility located at ETH Zurich, Rämistrasse 101, 8092 Zurich, Switzerland. Services include personalized health assessments, group therapy sessions, and tailored exercise programs.

2. Informational Products

Our informational products consist of digital guides and educational materials related to pensioner health and rehabilitation. Delivery is via download immediately upon purchase.

3. Merchandise

We offer select merchandise such as therapeutic accessories and wellness equipment. All merchandise is shipped to the address provided at checkout.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are quoted in CHF. Full payment is due at the time of booking or purchase. We accept credit and debit cards and other common payment instruments.

5. Refund and Cancellation Policy

5.1 Sanatorium Services

We understand that plans may change. For sanatorium stays and wellness programs:

• Cancellations made more than 30 days before the scheduled start date are eligible for a full refund via the original payment instrument within 15 business days.
• Cancellations made between 15 and 30 days before the start date are eligible for a 50% refund.
• Cancellations less than 15 days before the start date are non-refundable due to the personalized nature of our preparations and reserved accommodations.

Transfers to an alternative date are possible if requested at least 14 days prior to the original start date. Requests received after this period will be considered on a case-by-case basis but cannot be guaranteed.

5.2 Informational Products

All sales of informational products are final. If you encounter technical issues accessing your download, please contact us at +41766576888 for assistance or to receive a replacement link. No refunds are provided for digital downloads.

5.3 Merchandise

Merchandise may be sent back within 14 days of delivery for a refund or, provided the items are unused and in original packaging. Shipping costs for sending back merchandise are the responsibility of the buyer. Refunds will be issued within 10 business days of our receipt of merchandise sent back, credited to the original payment instrument.

6. Limitation of Liability

Valmorae is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, products, or website.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Zurich.
